JASPER, Ind. - Fortune Brands Home & Security, the parent company of North America's largest cabinet firm MasterBrand, reported an 11 percent increase in kitchen cabinet sales for the fourth quarter. MasterBrand is ranked sixth on the FDMC 300.
Cabinet sales for the quarter reached $655.5 million. Sales for the year reached $2.47 billion, a 6 percent increase over 2019.
"Within our value price point cabinets, we continue to gain share from both domestic players and from the absence of Chinese suppliers who have exited the market over the past few months, or who’ve been replaced to a lesser extent with other importers with higher costs and longer lead times," said CEO Nick Fink in an earnings call.
Fink expects sales in 2021 to grow at a similar pace.
