Entries open March 1 for the Cabinet Makers Association (CMA) 12th annual Wood Diamonds Awards program.

First launched in 2010, the program allows members to honor the work of their peers and helps promote excellence in the industry, while giving winners a marketing opportunity to promote themselves through the awards.

“The Wood Diamond Awards have given us a chance to see and showcase the amazing work of our
members,” says CMA Executive Director Amanda Conger. “Our members don’t always get a chance to
see each other’s finished work, and the added bonus is that the award‐winning work can inspire other
shops.”

The Wood Diamond Awards submission period runs from March 1 through May 1, and the entry fee for each project is $75. Visit www.cabinetmakers.org/wda2022 to review submission requirements and access
the entry form.

All judging is done anonymously by non‐participating members. The winners will be announced at the
Member Appreciation Reception during the International Woodworking Fair (IWF) in Atlanta in August.

The Cabinet Makers Association was incorporated in 1998 by a group of custom cabinetmakers who
thought the industry’s smaller shops needed to network and help each other grow profitably. Currently,
CMA membership is made up primarily of operations with 20 or fewer employees, with the vast majority of
those being 1‐5-person shops.  For more information, visit www.cabinetmakers.org
